The cleanliness of the rooms and the well-maintained hotel facilities create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff's hospitality and helpfulness make you feel welcome and taken care of, with their ability to speak English effectively ensuring smooth interactions.

Absolutely nothing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The vintage design was beautiful, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They made us feel right at home. The location was ideal, being close to both the train station and the main attractions of this city. We were able to easily explore all the main Florence attractions within 10-15 minutes by foot. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The staff at breakfast were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

I had the most amazing stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Giulia at the front desk. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the train station and just a short walk to the famous Piazza and the breathtaking Duomo. The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a delightful and attentive staff. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool, which was a great bonus.
