Great family run hotel, fine base for exploring Florence. The staff are gentle and the room is generous-sized. It has unbeatable location to see a l-shaped square. And it's adjacent to the Duomo and Accademia, Florence.

Quiet hotel, it was fairly clean, and the staff was really kind. Compact room and a newly renovated bathroom. Delicious breakfast, we enjoyed it. Marvellous and perfect location, near the center.

Loved free breakfasts, and fairly clean hotel.

The place was great family run and incredibly beautiful and the staff were outstandingly accommodating, the location was fantastic close to everything we walked everywhere. The room with comfortable decor was generous-sized. Nice bed overall.
