I had a fantastic stay at this B&B in Florence. The room was beautiful, with a modern design and plenty of space. I especially loved the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a spa and relax room that I unfortunately didn't have time to use. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the tram station, making transportation around the city very convenient. I appreciated the fact that the hotel had parking available, even though it was a little tight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. this hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located right in the center of town, close to public transport. The tram stop was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was a breeze, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful in providing me with information on getting around. The room and bathroom were both great - modern and comfortable, with plenty of space. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a sauna and relaxation room that I thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the complimentary beer and fruit juice in the fridge upon arrival, as well as the access to free tea and coffee throughout the day, were lovely touches. Finally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the security measures put in place were reassuring.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel right at home. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and had a cozy atmosphere. The sauna in the relaxing area was beautifully decorated, and the toilet downstairs was spacious and modern. I also appreciated the free coffee and tea making facilities, as well as the added security with the gated grounds. the hotel was well cared for and looked stunning in its own grounds.

This hotel had the best aspects in terms of cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, and transportation. The room was very comfortable, with a big size and a good bed. The hotel was located in a quiet area, close to the tram stop, making it very convenient for transportation. The instructions on how to reach the hotel were super clear, even though we arrived out of hours. Additionally, there was easy parking on site, which was a great advantage for us. Plus, the hotel provided a light breakfast and had tea/coffee available all day, which was a nice touch.
